The organization’s future appears bright based on the financial projections of this Three-Phase Business Plan (the “Business Plan”). With the Board and its Officers’ diligent efforts, the Organization is projected to experience organic revenue growth from Strategic Partners, product sales, donations, legacy contributions, and positive cash flow over the three-year projection period.
The Board has adopted a marketing strategy guided by the cost-effectiveness of each campaign. Statistical data guide the sales strategy, gathered from every donation, and the Strategic Partner Revenue Plan. We have also adopted a comprehensive financial plan that includes close monitoring of financial data, the use of professionals for legal, accounting, and marketing needs, and a commitment to the continued development of a strong banking relationship. By following this Business Plan, the Organization has the opportunity for continued growth and cash surpluses for many years.
The Organization will be managed by a Board of 9 Directors selected by the founders, including 3-5 Officers who will oversee operations. The Board will be responsible for strategic decision-making, fundraising, program development, and ensuring the mission is carried out effectively.
